I’ve been eating military cheese for decades, since c-rations. I like the size of the packs nowadays to packing purposes. Just knead and tear it open and squeeze. Tastes great on those crackers, especially on the Vegetable ones. It reminds me of cheese with the nozzles, easy cheese? Or the Kraft macaroni and cheese sauce in the packet. I really prefer the bacon and cheddar, but lately have difficulty in obtaining them. The cheese has the right amount of saltiness, spreads well, and when it’s cold has a good texture. Thick. I refer it over the peanut butter. I will continue to stock these in my preps, thanks EP.
