Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders ship the same day but may take up to 2 business days to ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $25 (after discounts, before tax) when eligible. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier availability. Any free shipping promotions apply automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the order leaves our facility and are controlled by the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and service selected.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
No PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.
Orders placed using a PO Box, PMB, or any non-physical address may be delayed, canceled, or returned to origin. Any resulting shipping or return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy & Returned to Origin (RTO)
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are considered Return to Origin (RTO) shipments.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any carrier return fees or additional charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued only after the returned package is received.
- Reshipping fees must be paid by the customer if the order is sent again.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements. For lost, stolen, or delayed shipments, customers must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number. We may assist with carrier inquiries but do not guarantee outcomes.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the item and original packaging are required. Approved damage claims may be resolved by replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for resolution.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders returned due to carrier issues, delivery delays, address errors, or use of a PO Box are not eligible for refunds. Any approved returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
Policy Consistency
By placing an order, customers agree to this Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy. In the event of a conflict, the stricter policy applies.
