Humanitarian Daily Ration – Menu 2

The Humanitarian Daily Ration – Menu 2 is a complete 24-hour ration designed to provide sustained nutrition in situations where conventional food access is limited. This ration is factory sealed and intended for use in humanitarian aid, emergency response, or disaster relief settings.

Each ration provides approximately 2,200 calories and is designed to support daily energy needs. The nutritional profile consists of approximately 10–13% protein, 27–30% fat, and 60% carbohydrates. The ration is shelf stable with a 3+ year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry environment.

Menu 2 includes two main entrées, along with pastries, cookies, crackers, peanut butter, jam, and an accessory pack. The two entrées included in each ration are selected from one of three menu combinations.

Entrée options include bean salad with rice and beans, barley stew with peas in tomato sauce, or red beans and rice with yellow rice. Menu contents may be subject to substitution, removal, or change by the manufacturer.
