This Halal MRE features Saag Chole with Lamb made with seasoned spinach, chickpeas, and tender lamb. It is a savory, ready-to-eat halal meal intended for use when traditional food preparation is not available.

The ration weighs approximately 1.25 pounds and provides about 1,250 calories. It is shelf stable with a 3+ year shelf life, making it suitable for storage, travel, camping, or emergency use.

In addition to the Saag Chole with Lamb, the ration includes dry roasted peanuts, fruit and nut mix, banana caramel pudding, sugar cookies, and a lemon-lime drink mix. These components are packaged together to be consumed as a complete meal.
