Meal, Cold Weather (MCW) Menu 7 features Beef Stew as the primary meal component. This ration is designed as a complete 12-hour cold weather meal intended to provide increased calories and nutrition in colder environments.

Each MCW ration provides approximately 1,600 calories and weighs about one pound. The nutritional profile includes roughly 13% protein, 36% fat, and 51% carbohydrates. The ration is factory sealed and shelf stable with a 3+ year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry environment.
